3,000 lights will be lit and offered in Sarnath, India --where the Buddha turned the wheel of Dhamma -- nightly for ten nights starting from Nov 17.This offer of lights close to where the Dhamekh Stupa is located is in conjunction with the Aloka Novitiate 2009 -- the third in a series of Novitiate programmes conducted by Ven Mahinda in Buddha's holy site.
